A mysteriously painful coccyx

A mysteriously painful coccyx right side but no impact, fall, etc. The hip joint on that side was compressed, and the pelvis rotated -> the coccygeus muscle was spasmed, referring pain into the coccyx/tailbone, relieved with gentle needling of that muscle as well as the piriformis and lower obturator.
